All petitions asking for unrotted, they are.

Reporting people for exploiting dispell, have fraps of it so we can do something. If we don't see it, we can't do anything.

If you lose items due to a bug, petition on the website, not in game.
Sold something to a vendor, deleted a item, or lost items in a mage bag, don't petition.

Had someone log in your account and rape you, don't petition in game. Petition on website, but don't expect items back at the worst case.

I'm not sure, but I think he was saying to not petition to get reimbursed for an account that was pillaged, because they won't help you. They will still hand out bans if they catch the pillager.
