Civilization 5 will be my reason for living come September. Screw a new graphics card, I've got a GTX260 and 12GB of RAM. I really hope that can handle Civ5 =P

I may buy into the next Civ though, as I have in the past. btw it's not an "RTS" it's turn-base. Sid Meier's Pirates! was RTS (sea) and Turn-based(land).

tbh, a pirates! remake wont be as successfull as it was in the early 1990ies. i spent months/years myself playin that game (C64/Amiga/PC) but nowadays i could only see such game in an mmorpg-style environment and there is one out there which miserably failed.

I saw a commercial for SC2 today I was like WHOA that looks awesome... OH YEAH, I've been in the beta for like 6 months!!

And the Company of Heroes trailer doesn't seem to be showing any actual in game footage. Looks mostly pre-rendered to me.
