Tech Mas Gnolls
 

I'm a level 29 wiz and am having troubling soloing a blue tech mas. Basically they resist my spells quite often, and I run out of mana, so I need to gate. Is there a way to get their resists down or should I just not be soloing them at this level?

Not worth it. Check out the skulking brutes outside Dalnir, they're very good for 29-33, and quaddable.

I've been doing giant skeletons (in Rathe Mountains, pretty close to Splitpaw). I'm a shaman, so it's not quite comparable, but I have had very few resists against those guys so you might want to check them out.

Those gnolls might also only be 2-3 levels below you, so they would resist a lot more than a level 23-24 giant skelly. Sometimes a level is all it takes to notice a difference in resists.

Those gnolls have brutal resists, I find p1999 spell resists are high compared to live ive had blue mobs resist 5 in a row,seems quite high.
