Spectral/Tortured Librarian
 

Spectral/Tortured Librarian not spawning in Kaesora.

His spawn is almost as bad as pained soul.
He spawns, he's just very rare.

I was under the impression that either a tortured or spectral librarian was always up and spawntime is roughly 3x longer than other Kaesora mobs.

If you're certain this is normal, can you tell me which mob is ph? Or are you implying every mob in library room is a potential ph?

Mine took like 6hrs, but I can't remember where he spawned at. I just killed all the mobs inside the library ;l

@ Clark. This is red server. I did this on Blue as well without problems. The tortured was up and I camped it till the spectral spawned from him. Neither mob is spawning on Red --that is why I am suspicious that something is wrong. The tortured is supposed to be a PH and always up (unless spectral is up), but it is not.

In the library in the main room there is some kind of ghost. He i the PH.

Also, my librarian took 15 hours.

Please cite a PH name and please confirm you are certain. I don't wanna waste 15 hours camping a bugged cycle.
