He's exploiting the fact the Bearskin Potion Bag is broken, in hopes of people paying a ludicrous amount for 10 charge pots.

Basically, there are no others being made so the dude can jack up the price, MAYBE someone will buy 'em. :P

No, but since they're unattainable at the moment the price is whatever one's willing to part with them for. I just so happen to have one of each from when I bought them like 2 years ago. If no one is willing to pay that amount for them, oh well.
