Monk Sash quests bugged
 

Velan Torresk, the monk GM in Freeport, is not accepting any quest items from my human monk from qeynos for sashes, or even a new monk I started in Freeport for the sashes. Confirmed the turn in items were the correct ones. He ate them and said nothing in return. When following the dialogue he tells me he does not trust me enough, even the monk started under the ashen order faction in Freeport.

Turn in your guildnote and try again.

Already did on the new monk i made starting in freeport. He ate the guildnote with no reply, no reward, no experience. It seems he is not accepting ANY quest items. bugged.
