While trying to do the quest The Painting Palatos Kynarn doesn't respond after handing him 4 of Capt. Orlin's Spiced Ale.

What should happen upon handing Palatos four drinks:

Palatos Kynarn says 'Ahh.. I.. Need help.. You.. take this.. Go build.. boat beacon. Ask gnomes about.. boat beacon. They know how.. Then bring back.. Unnnhh!! Prexus help me!! I will never drink again.'
Your faction standing with Craftkeepers got better.
Your faction standing with High Council of Erudin got better.
Your faction standing with Heretics got worse.
Your faction standing with High Guard of Erudin got better.
You gain experience!!

Fixed, pending update. This was very broken.

-added metal disk to appropriate vendors.
