Larkin Tolmans head

In Western Plains of Karana, Larkin Tolman drops Larkin Tolmans Head ; however this was implemented for the Staff of the Bloodsabers when the newbie armor quests were introduced, and shouldn't be dropping at all.

I don't think he should spawn at all.

Fixed, pending update.

He will no longer spawn. If anyone ever finds classic evidence for this guy, he will return.
