Weight Reduction Bags should not identify the amount of reduction until April 4, 2001.

Tailored Bags with reduction should also be reduced from 10% weight reduction to 5% until the above mentioned patch.

This should be modifiable with the eqstr_us.txt file. Line 3042. Would recommend changes here, but people saving it incorrectly produces errors. Will look into it.

Fixed, pending update.

Had not added a Pending Lore tag to anything prior to now. Worked fine.
