Curscale Armor Quest, bag not combining
 

the quest Curscale Armor Quest out of cabilis where you take the bag given by the merchant and combine 8 curscales into is not working for me. When i try to combine the skins, i get the message "You are unable to combine items in a bag of this type"

i've tried multiple times with different skins, even sold my skins to the merchant, re-bought them and tried to combine, but nothing worked. also logged out and back in, nothing.

crafting combines in their entirety are not working atm
