-=Bob's MultiQuest Escrow=-

Due to recent changes in staff policy regarding Multiquested items I will be expanding my Escrow services to cover MQ's.

http://www.project1999.org/forums/sh...d.php?t=118027

My Escrow services will NOT protect you against NPCs eating your quest items or other in-game issues regarding the quest.

What it WILL protect you against is people taking advantage of the staff's new hands off policy regarding any petition related to MQ's. From now on if someone scams you on a MQ you are shit out of luck.

Unless you use my escrow =)

For 5% of the cost of the MQ being sold I will hold the agreed upon amount of plat and or items in escrow until the quest is completed and the item obtained. Once this is done I will pay the MQ seller his price minus my fee.

This is a great service to the community at a great price.

Can you put a price on Peace of Mind?

I can. 5%

Great Idea!! Wish i woulda thought of something like this :)

I might be super tired but wouldn't this require the buyer AND seller to both agree to using this? In which case wouldn't the scammer be the seller and probably not use this?

In which case the buyer could decide to look elsewhere.

Ephi would be correct =)

If you are willing to cover the escrow fee and the other party still refuses to use escrow you would be smart to walk away.
