Does anyone know why this is happenning?
 

I have messed around with Luclin Graphics initially but I went back to classic.

For some reason, I can't change the face on my character anymore, but on my other two characters it works fine.

Is this an Ini setting somwhere I missed or something?

This hasn't happened to anyone? Just did a 100% fresh install of the game, and I still cant change the face on the character, but I can on my other chars...

When you say you cant change the face do you mean you can get to where you change it but it wont change? Or clicking the face button does nothing?

Like, when I click the face button it pans to my characters face, and when I hit the left or right buttons it doesn't change his face, but it does it for all 3 of my other characters. When I finalize it on my other characters it works, but on this guy the face doesn't even change, it doesn't let me cycle the faces at all.

remove the characters ini files in your eq directory and try again ... there are 2 of them ...
charactername_servername.ini and UI_charactername_servername.ini

I've actually gone to the trouble of erasing everything eq from my computer and did a brand new fresh install and it is still ongoing. :/ serverside

Shouldn't be able to change your character's face.. if that makes you feel better. If it's somehow an option with using Luclin models, we need to change it.

can currently change faces with classic models, doing it right now ;)

its been like that for me since I started

FYI I was always using the classic models and I have always been able to change it. Then i log into my character and he had this different goofy face that I definitely didn't choose. Well is it possible to open it up for me again for a one time change? It has me on this really janked up face on my erudite main and I definitely didn't do this. :(

i switch my barb between the fucked-up-eye face and the eyepatch face depending on my mood
