NPC fear inhibits too many things
 

- can not accept a rez window while feared (tried in PoFear today, once Iphigenie, once me while under fear from a turmoil toad)
Even worse: I just lost an xp rez accepting it while feared: I did not regain xp, did not get ported to my corpse, but on the next rez (while not feared), I did not regain xp either.

- can not talk in ANY channels. I seem to recall it prevented groupsay, but not guildsay. Can anyone confirm that it worked one way or the other?
