New Chanter Help
 

Would anyone mind helping out a new player with some gear for a lvl 4 Enchanter....i feel so underpowered and gimpy with no gear or pp. "Supreme" gave me some junk to sell so i could buy my spells...that helped. Feel free to go ahead and put me on the /ban /ignore list for asking... but, if i aint having fun, i aint having fun!

You don't need gear or pp at level 4. At level 12 you can run the Stein of Moggok quest which will net you 250pp, up to 400pp depending on the market per run.

As long as you have money to buy necessary spells you're fine. And the only necessary spell at level 4 is basically your pet.

You also didn't mention your starting location so how could anyone even attempt to suggest where there might be money near you?

Being serious now: I thought the whole point of classic was to enjoy it being old school and working your way to the top the hard way.

Beggars are just as much a part of "classic" as anything.

You're doing it wrong. With suffocating sphere you'll kill mobs up to level 3 (maybe 4, I can't recall) with one application of one spell.

If you stop at level 4 because you're feeling gimp, you're going to have a hell of a time once you actually discover challenge.

I've gotten tells from people asking for stuff before, but this is the first time I've seen it in shout or ooc here, takes me back :)

so erm... you want to relive the classic experience of not earning your gear yourself? kudos.
