ya but for them to be 4900 or w/e dont you need to have the faction up high or some jazz?i thought only certain races could buy them shrug

With max faction and max cha, the price on the vendor for the bag is 5039pp and change. You can sell them back to vendors for 4900ishpp. I can go get some for you on my bard if you like.
