this entire matter is not funny. I'm not going to get in to it with any of you, but Trayvon was a kid.

I am actually depressed some people found this case either defensible or funny. An unarmed kid, who did not initiate the encounter. We can reduce it to game terms if need be. Trayvon was not FTE.

But I do not want to argue. In real life, I am sad I have to. And shame on you people thinking this is funny. Or, justice. It is neither. It is terrible.

significant evidence supports a narrative in which trayvon attacked zimmerman, pinned him to the ground, and continued beating him and hitting his head against a concrete sidewalk while zimmerman called for help. if that is in fact what happened, zimmerman justifiably used lethal force to defend himself. if it is not what happened, the evidence is insufficient to demonstrate its falsehood

a 17 year old walking down the sidewalk with a pack of skittles should never be shot under any circumstances. the picture is less clear when the 17 year old may or may not have initiated a brawl, pinned his opponent to the ground, and continued beating him until being shot
