Yeah this is true. They don't make directors like that any more.

Tarantino is all copy cat rehash IMO. All he seems to do is pay tribute to his (extensive) knowledge of classic movies by reproducing them in some way. They're quality imitations, but still imitations.

That's pretty much the problem with Hollywood now. Everything is a rehash or remake or whatever. Nothing original comes out, and certainly nothing good comes out, of that shit hole.
