Innoruuk Initiate Questline.
 

I thought this quest was a classic quest. The cleric guildmaster will give the quest just cant find the leatherfoots that give the woven necklaces.....any suggestions? Thanks

They're by the druid ring in Nektulos. Also, there's some initiates south of the river, on the west wall, near the spire. Incidentally, that's where Master Whoopal spawns, too. You need to kill him for the next step.
