Paladins: Celestial Cleansing

Why is this spell not currently implemented in the game? It's noted to have not been implemented until before VP, which the server has been well into for a while. Paladins are a highly undesired class, and it's hard to argue when one of their most important spells is missing, and the other (Flash of Light) has the p1999 added touch of inducing massive trains onto your group.

I can't imagine giving them this spell where it ought to be already would suddenly make the most underplayed class on p1999 suddenly overpowered. If anyone knows something about this I'd appreciate a response.

Thanks.

Noted where? If you want something implemented that you feel should have already been added, then you're going to have to come up with more than this.

I understand if it came out in Velious, but if that's the case the entry on the wiki should probably be altered. Blind only makes mobs behave erratically on 1999, it had no affect on their behavior in live.

The wiki is written by whoever wants to write in it. It's no official anything.

I changed some shaman spells just last week that were wrong in the wiki.

Blind makes them behave as if they're rooted, attacking the closest target. If no targets are in melee range then they act like they are feared. Well, that's what it should do anyway. Last I played a paladin here it seemed to be working just fine.

That's actually not true. If the caster is not in melee range of the target, then the target will attack whoever is. If the caster IS in range, aggro behaves normally (except that, of course, blind generates a ton). If nobody is in melee range and the mob is blinded, it may act as if feared, but the actual behavior is not running around like a feared mob should. They warp repeatedly in a random direction without ever walking. It's not working OK at all.

The warping thing is indeed some kind of bug, its been posted about multiple times in the bug forums but I dont see a dev response yet. Not sure what the status of that is, but it really sucks.
