Tunare Symbol quests?
 

I was looking into these, and this thread from 2011 says that they would be implemented when the time comes:

So, has that time come? Are the quests in game now?

Pretty sure the first one is in the game. Others Velious? The ghoul hearts are awful to get. 1 of 4 atm.
