Weather cycle off in Kunark?

It seems to rain a lot for for a long time in parts of Kunark (LOIO, WW, OT etc.), and I don't remember it being that way on live. Or is my remembrance off?

I do. It was constantly raining in OT. It's a shame the weather rockets weren't classic :(
