these were notes that were released to the public, so I hope this helps- though from the dev's position (they prolly already have em) it may not.

These are already used frequently for determining patch chronology. :)

Yup, been pasting infor from those notes in bug reports for months.

It is great infor though for those that didn't know about them, but the devs already use them.

I don't think everything's in those notes.

For instance I remember Necromancer received a general charm spell at 20 but this was changed to undead only on the first or second patch.
