Iksar warrior pros/cons
 

So what are the pros and cons of having an iksar warrior? do they make decent warriors? if so why? Please answer in a very sarcastic and smart ass way.

ogre > all

iksar have less STA, no stun immune, no slam

lose ^ 3 for 0.01% more ac, hp regen, and forage

iksar warriors get p good in velious

in kunark? not so much

Haflling war is the best, learn to use hotkeybar to sheildbash.

Basically as soon as Iksars get access to velious plate the ac difference begins to widen. They can't wear cobalt or any of the other crap so their ability to access tanking AC items during Kunark was a joke.

The iksar race has a rich culture, that they celebrate proudly in spite of all the adversity they have faced over the years. The fierceness and tenacity of their warriors may be unparallelled.

pros:

-people think it's cool you play an unpopular toon
-amazing starting area -> fob/kurns/ww/loio/OT
-michael phelps from level 1
-never disappointed on raids because you can't use anything anyway
-regen, ac bonus (nice in Velious)
-can speak in lizard man, innate ability to troll illuminati freaks
-look cool as hell
-carry 2x rusty daggers and stay /role -> people assume you're a rogue. xp group on all raids.
-foraging: free food

cons:

-people think you're dumb for not rolling ogre
-people think you're an asshole when you're level 50 and still have a swimming skill of 100 because you thought you were michael phelps from level 1 and didn't bother trying to raise it ever
-some pieces of jarsath scale are best in slot for us. let that sink in for a moment.
-while you may get comparable ac, your stats will be crap compared to an indo/cobalt warrior
-foraging: cause no merchant will sell to you

play what you like

Regen is a pretty big deal on red, where you'll be soloing a lot.

Cons: Solo'ing here as an untwinked warrior
