sorry if I misread, but if you are looking for bard cultural, I have the elven cultural that is not deity specific, gives good bonuses to dex and cha, along with ac light weight and str/sta/int in spots. have a suit minus arms, boots, gaunts, and 1 bracer. pst in game or up here id be happy to package it together for you
