I was reading some ancient threads on the p1999 forums about some newbie rogue weapons. Does the PSD still drop? There is absolutely no information on it on the p1999 wiki. I'm under the impression it drops from spectres in the Qeynos Aqueducts by the SK guild.

This still valid? Anyone have any info on drop rate?

Info is correct, the one time i tried to get one it dropped pretty easily iirc

8/23, compare that ratio to other, more common offhand DPS weapons pre-kunark.
