Repop time on Royals is 2 hours. Not sure what you would want to do in between repops?

A lot of people just log out and come back.

However, if you're serious about doing this, I would suggest rounding up people earlier than the day of. Royals can be a very challenging fight, especially if people haven't done the encounter before. Also, getting down to royals is a task in itself. Most people have a Mage coth or a rogue drag corpses.
