No. You do agi because if not you have an AC penalty. Ogres with less than 75 agi lose ac. It's a good stat placement.

I'm not selling for less then 125k. So can place a 125k bid and i'll end the auction tomorrow night.

that epic is easy to get.

Shaman epic MQ is 70k commonly, so you are essentially asking like 55k for a naked 34 ogre shaman. GL with sale though
