I'm considering buying a necro account for kicks. Not looking for anything amazing, just something to toy around with in KC.

Requirements: L49-55, Iksar (would pay a bit extra)/Gnome/Dark Elf in order of preference, male, cool or at least non-retarded name.

human necro with vp staff is kind of like an iksar, you should look for those as well!
