I offered the 500 as soon as he posted the thread. Well, right after Capi posted his offer. I never got any response from him. Now I've offered the "updated buyout" and feel I still won't get a response. As Bizzum has offered also, he probably thinks he'll get even more out of it.
Usually buyout prices get reduced. Not increased. If you put a buyout on something, it usually means that that is the price you would be satisfied with. You should've just posted "800k buyout" in the first place.

I retract my 600k offer, the auction changing shenanigans is extremely irritating.

he had multiple people reach the buyout, what else can he do but remove the buyout and let all you sweaty nerds with scrooge mcduck cash bid against each other
