Running EQ under wine - how to update spell files?
 

A few months back I followed the directions here:

which got the game working on my MacBook Air. Since there has been a patch or two since then, I really have no idea how to get things working again :/

Someone must know! :)

Like I get that I need to put the new patch files in the EQ folder, but I don't even know how to look around in that folder. Not the most tech savvy person lol.

Bump, whoever helps me figure this out can come hunt me down while I try playing on my 11" macbook air!

Go to where ever wineskin is located via finder (mine is in downloads). Right click and choose show package contents.

Cool, that was easy enough. Thanks! Do you know where I can download the files I need to overwrite whatever I have in there now? On my pc I just run that patcher thing that does it for me.

EDIT: Found it in the patch notes; I can play now!
