Just wondering if Brother Qwinn paths through his spawn point?

Oh, and any tips for an iksar wanting to do the turn in? I heard of wolf form (but not sure if i'll be able to get it). I also heard of SOW + sneak. But will he start to turn around once I start giving him stuff or only after i've given it and he gives me the needle?

Pretty sure neither of the brothers give a crap if you're an iksar.

Neither brother is KOS to an iksar, I was training @ Zephyl in rathe before killing him. Be sure they are wearing a red robe.
