Ele, I don't think using an exemption in the manner Issues described could possibly result in a ban. Your character is not POOFING instantly when you're q-ing to a different account on one computer. The method that the exploiters were using was to have the account ready to log in as soon as the person Q-ed so the char would poof INSTANTLY, not in like 20 - 25 sec as it takes to q, type in the info of a new acc, choose a char, and hit enter world.
