What is the quickest melee class to level to 60 considering low pop?

Bard not counted because then there is no debate really, plus melee for bards is an option like melee for shamans.

Bards are technically hybrids, but they are more caster than melee and are classified as such.

p99 wiki tells me bards are melee

it is the law of the land

they wear plate

melee

clerics wear plate, they are casters.

bards can't gate, they are melee.

Rangers wear mail and can't gate

They are useless
