I logged in at 3:40 A.M. Easter Sunday to find the spot open and no mobs up. Waited until 4:15 A.M. EST and it was still not up (Nor it's placeholders).

Easter holidays - he's probably in Innothule visiting his family :p

I had this happen once. Make a report under the bug forums, Nilbog will fix it.

Zone was reset earlier. He should be good now.
