This paladin mace should procc at lvl 30

Says req lvl 0 atm

I tested it out during a moment of sheer boredom.. It does not proc when wielded by a low level paladin.. Apparently it still won't proc until 30, the spell desc. just says zero.

This would be the same issue that "Axe of the Slayers" was having. Nilbog will see this I think. I think he figured out the problem before.

Fixed, pending update.

There will probably be a query change to get any remaining weapons fixed. Still reviewing results.
