Cleared out every single mob in the lower levels of Kurn's about half dozen times and haven't seen one drop. I'll keep looking, but if you got one send a tell to Plush and I'll buy it off you.

I found mine 1st floor off a random skelly. Sold it for like 2k last summer =(
