Can Manastone be used in Velious?
 

Obviously you cant use a manastone in kunark, and I never played Velious. Someone in game mentioned you can use the manastone in velious zones. Anyone know if thats true or not?

I always heard it was exclusively old world, this does not include Planes....

I wonder what % of the population has their first 24-48 hours in Velious planned out to the minute? :D

Not true. Manastone is limited to old world, excluding planes.
