Considering joining red? No gear or plat to start?
 

Hey, I'm looking to up my tradeskilling and paying a considerable amount for some TS stuff obtainable by newbs on red. If you thought about trying it out but had no friends or plat or gear to start, this is a great way to get some gear and plat by looting items off newb npc's. Looking for:

tons of spiderling silk
morning dew
pelts of all types other than ruined
all dye's
essence of moonlight
swirling mist

hit me up with PM on boards or in game Ricardo/Checkraise

You should probably remove Essense of Moonlight from your list, unless you somehow know of a legit way to farm that shit in the way you just proposed (have no friends or plat or gear to start).

Drops in mistmoore no? Considering the exp penalty in place on red with the current decent amount of lowbie groups, it's not inconceivable to be farming that pretty quickly.

Made the switch to red myself recently. Actually having a blast!

Only the vampires have a chance to drop em, even the named ones don't even drop it all the time; There aren't many vampire spawns inside the Castle, so you'd probably have to kill mobs inside to get vampires to spawn at night (which means you have to plan accordingly and make your rounds).
Haven't seen a group -inside- Castle for ages, maybe they do it on red. You'll have better results bringing your fungied warrior there and doing it yourself.

cool glad you're enjoying it. this isn't meant to be some lol blue sux post, just a nice way of helping out people who may have been hesitant about red by paying them platz and itemz for things they'd already be doing as they level up
