Spell Cost pp and mana
 

Am i crazy or did spells get about 2x more expensive and 2x more mana hungry, my erudite wiz ... now has 4pp lvl 8 spells

am i just smokin something, someone please correct me if this has "always been" or it got set to what it was at release or something and i just don't remember the good ol days like i usto

They seem crazy expensive to me too, but then again I was a warrior in live so whadda I know.

For real though I can't afford all my spells, I'm looking for a sugarmama, I'll treat you right...

The spells are priced correctly.

this has been brought up several times, spell were always expensive, it was very rare to find casters that had every spell for their lvl back on live in classic, sub-40ish because of the cost.

as for the mana thing, i havnt noticed anything crazily high, but u gotta use more mana for bigger and better things!

I'm glad I'm playing a bard! Instead of the crazy platina cost, I keep on having to run back and forth from Kelethin to Qeynos though. Insult to injury for casters is that in their late 20ties super spells only come in the form of research. Getting that .. lvl32? .. pet on my necromancer was hell for example.

On the upside, it helped me to realize just how many redundant and useless spells some classes get as filler. I managed to avoid a bunch of things I will never use because my alts simply didn't have the cash for them.
