he had 160

his charm broke so often that his next comment was something along the lines of having to work on gear as his next goal

mine was more often than not to last near full duration, also have 100+ jaspers for rune III helps, when your struggling to keep current on your latest spells when recharming

your boycott will only benefit the rest of us that are in line GOOD DAY SIR

I am too cheap to blow through jaspers. I usually just use a combination of berserker strength and PBAOE stuns. I always have a color stun in a dedicated gem slot.
I have had a lot of difficulty charming in Mistmoore. Those smurfs seem especially slippery...

With all the Casters in Mistmoore I really don't believe any Enchanter will Own that zone 250 Cha or not at a normal level. Sounds like a fairy tale.
