I don't consent to anything.

Baler 03-22-2021 08:20 PM

I consent to having a good time, let's go, where we going?

If your idea of a good time is a glass of red wine and forum quest, we're not compatible.

My idea of a good time is a nice shady spot near the ocean.

My idea of a good time is to send pictures of myself with a shoe on my head to strangers on the internet. I don't know what happens to the pictures after I send them and the not knowing is part of the fun.

magnetaress 03-23-2021 11:26 AM

I've never seen one. Praying for you .

Sen. Marsha Blackburn cites the Kenosha protests as an example of guns helping protect Americans (Kyle Rittenhouse shot and killed two protesters with a rifle at these protests).

Now that sounds like a good time! ;)

The Dream of the '90s Died in Portland

And that, I think, was the handle—that sense of inevitable victory over the forces of Old and Evil. Not in and mean or military sense; we didn't need that. Our energy would simply prevail. There was no point in fighting—on our side or theirs. We had all the momentum; we were riding the crest of a high and beautiful wave....

So now, less than five years later, you can go up on a steep hill in Las Vegas and look West, and with the right sort of eyes you can almost see the high-water mark—that place where the wave finally broke and rolled back.

portland is where ur dreams of a decent adult social life and all the earnings of ur 20s go to die. it is high majority White though, so the only lethal swarthy thing around is the black tar and its pretty safe to walk any time.

if seattle doesnt come down on your head like an arcade claw grabber and place you into a higher social class by 30, just leave and go work a small town. you'll never get anywhere with all your coworkers (millenial immigrants from flyover) content that they already ""made it in a big city"". You will catch the contagion. If you pass into your 30s in the city, you will begin regurgitating the stumptown coffee superiority meme and by that point you will be permanently made soy.

The City of Portland's marketing department is downright dastardly.
