SMS Verification: change of mobile number
 

hi i have changed my mobile number and how to update it into the account setting? thanks

trying to recover my password but it sending to my old number.

Was able to set up SMS and received this message -

however, no email was ever received. Does this mean I just need to wait 7 days? (I've used the verification request tool on the eqemu, too. Doesn't work. That being said, I've had my account since 2014 and verified it ages ago..so..yeah)

I tried setting up SMS on my account but never received a code. Now it's stuck asking for a code. I forgot my password to 2 of my login accounts which have my main characters from Blue and Green on there. Please help.

Account number (322168) - having major issues with this SMS login. Cant reset password - cant get a verification code - hell I can't even verify the SMS number to make sure it's correct. I have had this toon since 2015 - if I have lost it because of this .... I will be very upset. Any help would be greatly appreciated.

Any update on when this will be addressed or if it can at least be disabled to allow for a stalled set-up to continue?

Or is the only pathway available to create an entirely new account?

It will be great if someone can resolve this problem soon. I can't play my main characters. I'm not starting over if I lose all my progress.

There are so many people without access to their accounts because of the SMS system. Wish they'd just get rid of it and allow password resets via email like they do with the forum account !!

Is there still a problem with the SMS system?
I am trying to log into an old account yesterday, and never received the SMS code.
