I’m sure you have to get a business license and pay your taxes. The people that “care” need to know you are doing it the right way.

probably not, the loophole that makes porn production legal is that it's a first amendment artistic expression

and afaik you have to register and license in a municipality that allows porn production, with records of proof of age and shit

other than that i dunno

You wanted to know how he broke the law. I wrote it out as plainly as possible for you. Its pretty black-and-white. And while it is a pretty petty while-collar crime, the reason we're seeing it first is because its so simple and blatantly illegal with a very visible paper trail.

If you dont think that should be illegal, thats for you to believe. But as the law stands this day, its not even a question.

It’s obviously not so black and white for the reasons I have before posted.

I.E. spending money on a vacation can easily be designated a campaign expense or business expense. The reality is there is a world of grey in laws regarding tax and campaign finance.

I do however appreciate you making your case. I reject your conclusion that it is illegal but I now know where the opposition is coming from.

Lol dude. You cannot lie on your financial documents. But whatever. We all knew you were not asking in good faith =)

legal/illegal isn't decided on paper, in courthouses or legislatures, It's only decided by the ability of the group to take action against you

if you're nobody, you get arrested

Trump Is Here.

if you're somebody, you get sanctioned

if you're a nation, you get invaded

if you're the top dog nation, you get away with anything.

I mean I get that someone might argue that buying a new house with campaign funds will help their political wellness, but in all honesty, how would you judge the merit of what does and does not constitute appropriate expenditures?

If he used campaign money to pay off stormy that’s breaking the law

That said, I don’t care and I wouldn’t charge him. The dude is Teflon and he’ll get off and this just makes him more popular

If you can spend campaign money on a vacation, our system needs Jesus

I’m not saying you’re wrong but Christ almighty that’s fucked up

Didnt the feds raid his house like months ago and they havent even arrested him for whatever that was either?

Nobody who tries to arrest this guy can even explain what the crime actually is beyond "the type of crime he is accused of"
