New to game game crash on server join.
 

I'm a new player been working w some other players to try and get this fixed( reinstalled 8 times trying different things) other servers work completely fine and allow me to join, the game just kicks me back to the login screen after I click play Everquest with p99 servers selected. I even created this forum account as a second account to make sure it was not my other account's name(UrMothasBoyfrnd). The guys helping me and I have no idea what is causing this and how to fix it. help and input from anyone will be appreciated.
