And yes you can say what you will just be aware the gms do a quarterly cleanse of ooc which kills ooc for a week than it slowly ramps back up.

Ooc should be permanently removed and pop would grow. But it’s like therapy for 12 disconnected individuals to feel connected.

If you got rid of YT and had OOC you'd just end up with YT in OOC. It ends up there anyways but still.

Hurt feelings are a leading cause of QQ on red99. No bad words please.

In fact, the GMs have been known to ban people from ooc for long periods of time for using bad words (not applicable if you are in Apex).
