gotta see a pic, that sounds incredibly dangerous especially at that weight lol. like how can your body properly work with such low fat percent at that weight?

Nocsucow 05-02-2016 10:42 PM

my workout part is 235 he's under 4% he does just fine

Nocsucow 05-02-2016 10:48 PM

he does shows ... I don't .. my bulking session starts this week.. I'm going back up to 265 and going to try and hang around 10% body fat for good

That's where I cruised for a year or two, At 260ish 10% but my body was having trouble with gas tank despite lance Armstrong level hemaocrit and hemoglobin. 250 tends to be my in-season plateau.

I just couldn't get enough oxygen to comfortably go up a few flights of stairs without sucking heavy wind. I think my next run I'll shoot for 240 and just work on conditioning.

except I have labs to prove everything I just said? u want me to find it and post it? I can probably dig it up. Hematocrit 53% (high red cell saturation, anything over 45% is considered a health risk. Doctor recommended donating blood regularly to avoid stroke/cardiac arrest). Hemoglobin was at 18.0 (maximum range), and no gas tank to match the numbers. Im not a fucking doctor pal, I have no idea why I couldn't breathe after any endurance activity despite my blood oxygen carrying capacity being legit.

If I had to guess, I'd say I have a lung problem. Trouble getting oxygen in, or with oxygen transport. I'd be fucking heaving, hunched over, and telling my college bud to "wait give me 5 minutes" after 3 flights when going to a party.

don't expect lifetime desk jockeys and basement runners to understand what im talking about.
