Unable to login to the game
 

I went through the steps of installing with the ISO, and clicked the launch file to get EQ loaded. I get past the login screen to the server selection. When I try to log in to any server I get the following message:
cannot login to the everquest server you may need to re-run the update patch

I have extracted the most recent patch to the game's install directory (C:/EQ)
I've tried reinstalling. I've tried enabling my VPN. At a loss here. Really was looking forward to playing.

Same, on about my 10th attempt at making sure it's a clean install and not patched etc, every time i try to go in with the launch titanium shortcut i get

DB error - invalid password

My password works on forums... not sure what I could be doing wrong here :(

I too am having this issue. Hope it can be resolved soon, til then. I am playing Grand Creation with RoF2 client.

It's all over EQEmu, been a problem since November 2022.

Can't recover passwords.

Rogean made a comment today in discord allegedly that it has to do with the "Phone Number Library" or something, and he's going to fix it.

EQEmu says they can't do anything about it, and it's up to Rogean.

Tried logging onto EQ and it says the same thing. Hopefully gets fixed soon.
