Try city of mist. Solb is also a good place if you can get a healer to come with.

Enjoy getting trained by some douchebag bard swarming the top floors while groups are trying to xp. Although when they're feeling generous they might get you a rez after you die and waste your afternoon.

If you can't zone out in COM without dying to a train you are newb status. The ZL is like next to you at most camps

Nah when you're actually level appropriate you can easily get stunned and eaten within seconds like any other zone. Moat is one of the best xp spots and it's as far away from the zl as you can be pretty much.

To say nothing of the people trying to xp on the upper floors, who *really* get screwed by the bards.

Also lame as heck,but good spot to meet people that might want to go somewhere else
