Time for a minimum level to roll for Scout
 

With 60 people showing up to Scout rolls and level 5's who could never complete the quest winning, it's time for a player agreement on blue with a minimum level to participate in the Scout Charisa roll.

What should it be? 46? 50? 55?

Low level characters roll with disadvantage and others present aren't obligated to assist, not that they are currently afaik.

Personally, I don't have any objections to someone 46+ rolling. At least they can contribute to the kill, whether by kiting or providing SOME sort of DPS or heals. A level 5? Seriously? Then they apparently gloated about winning this morning? I hope that everyone else camped out after the turnin. :o

Showing up with a naked level 5 is a sense of entitlement I would never have the audacity to think of. This should of been in place a long time ago. Signed

How is a level five going to help kill a level 58 mob?

theyre just as entitled to the welfare roll as the other 90 people there
