dalnir coulda been so sweet, if it weren't designed for masochists by sadists.

we went here at lvl 21 and it was a disaster

we kept dying and ya

If we're talking proper level to dungeon(level adjusted), dalnir is def top 3 most difficult dungeons in classic EQ.

On Tallon zek, dalnir was the spot between OT and COM. Everyone went there 35-42.

As a noob on live i took my 35 SK here to solo and had so many shit corpse runs from neriak.

My static went to dalnir years ago as a member rerolled monk. the monk was in 20s, we had a 35ish druid and I escorted them on a 52ish warrior (crafted armor, belt of contention, scimitar of ykesha and skean iirc which was pretty standard outfit pre velious).

It was still surprisingly tricky. We did get all the crescent armour and some nice xp for the monk (imo crescent armour not worth it even in kunark but we did have fun).
